I am an Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppressive Educator and Life Coach, specializing in Conflict Resolution that utilizes an Anti-Oppressive framework. I’m a passionate observer of how theoretical discourse lags behind the expertise of lived experience. I couch my Anti-Racism education in an Anti-Oppressive framework; with the knowledge that at any point, any individual can do harm, while also guiding folks to do good instead. I love abundantly through my work, collaborations, and personal life with the deepest belief that when people are loved they can achieve anything.

I have worked with NGOs and Non-Profits for the last 18 years, most recently in the education, child care and recreation spaces. Leading training or consultations with the YMCA-YWCA of the National Capital Region, Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa, Concordia University, Concordia Student Union and Ten Oaks Project.

I am currently the Executive Director of Concordia Co-op Bookstore in Montreal. Steering us into becoming a fully Anti-Capailist, Anti-Oppressive bookstore and Non-Profit.

I am a trained facilitator and have run meetings, committees and board meetings. In my work as the Co-Chair of the Ottawa Carleton District School Board for 18 months, I introduced a complete restructuring that led to a 150% increase in meeting attendees. I was able to introduce tangible political action around marginalized, racialized and oppressed students and communities in that role.

Active anti-racism work is the only option in this revolution we are part of. I offer training and consultations on how to transform your spaces into more inclusive and uplifting places.
